Q. Does it cost anything to join?
A. It is free to join our affiliate program.
Q. Why should I switch from the current company I am using?
A. NCS is known for its customer service, high payouts, and timely

Q. Why do I have to tell you all my websites?
A. We only need to know the sites that you plan to advertise our
products on. We need this for compliance reasons.
Q. May I join if I live outside of the U.S.?
A. Yes, as long as site content is targeted towards U.S. consumers.
Q. Am I allowed to join if I do not have a website?
A. No, you must operate a live website.
Q. Why do I need a privacy policy?
A. Certain banks require this for approval into their program.
Q. Why do I get an error when I try to signup?

Q. Can I get a reference from one of your affiliates?
A. Yes, we have affiliates would be willing to give a recommendation if
requested.
Q. How much business does some of your affiliates do?
A. We have affiliates that make $3.00 per month and affiliates that
make over $100,000 per month. It depends on the amount of time and resources
that a specific affiliate puts into advertising their website.
Q. How can you pay so much more than your competition?
A. We generate a larger volume of approvals for our clients. Larger
volumes mean larger payouts.
Q. How much do I have to make to receive a check?
A. There is no minimum to receive a check.
Q. When do the checks get mailed?
A. We pay net 30. That means we pay 30 days after the month has ended,
Example: Commissions in October will be sent out at the end of November. ACH
Deposits should be received by the 5th of December.
Q. Is direct deposit available?
A. When signing up for our program, you can indicate if you are
interested in direct deposit. If you are, we will request some bank information
to enter you in the program.
Q. Is there a fee for (ACH) direct deposit?
A. There is no fee for U.S. residents and a $50 monthly fee for
non-U.S. residents.
Q. How can I trust that you will pay me?
A. NCS has been in business since 1998 and is a member of the Better
Business Bureau. We have the confidence of some of the largest banks in the
country to operate marketing programs on their behalf.

A. Yes, we can send you more information.

Q. What are your work hours?
A. 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Monday - Thursday and 8:00am - 4:00pm CST on
Friday.
Q. How often are reports done?
A. Depending on the bank, this can be daily Monday - Friday, weekly, or
even monthly.
Q. If I sign up, do I have to run all of your offers?
A. No, you are free to choose which offers you want to run.
Q. May I see some examples of your offers?
A. Contact any of our representatives at the information above and they
will be happy to walk you through a demo presentation.
Q. Can I run your offers on any site?
A. Yes, as long as the site has been approved by us.
Q. Are incentive programs allowed?
A. Certain programs that we have do allow incentive programs. Contact
us for more information.
Q. Do you have email campaigns?
A. Certain programs do allow email campaigns. Contact us for more
information.
Q. Why is compliance important?
A. The legal departments at the banks want to make sure that the
marketing message is consistent and accurate to avoid issues with the OCC.
Q. Do I have to use the approved text?
A. Yes. While some banks are more relaxed with the rules, we recommend
that you use the approved text to minimize any future changes that may need to
be made on your website for compliance reasons.
Q. Can I make my own banners?
A. No, but we can request different banner sizes if you don't see one
that you need.
Q. Do you have pre-made websites (templates) that we can use?
A. No, not at this time. You have to create your own website.
Q. Do you have XML Data Feeds?
A. Not at this time. We hope to offer that shortly.
